Yes, cancellation is possible depending on the bus operator’s policy. Refund amount and deadline (hours before departure) will be clearly mentioned while booking and in the cancellation policy.

After successful payment, you will receive your e-ticket via email (and possibly SMS/WhatsApp if that service is active). You can also log in to your FlyWithHopes account to view or download it.
